- Knowledge of Cloud based Infrastructure and technologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
- Experience in software development, build and deployment (JAVA, JSP, XML, Ant)
- Windchill PLM experience
Aufgaben
- Support project teams as a key stakeholder
- Collaborate with customer partners on PLM system implementation
- Provide technical support for Windchill+ solution design
- Assess technical feasibility with PTC SaaS BDMs and R&D
- Establish project timeframes and deliverables with partners
- Design and validate solutions for Windchill Plus SaaS
- Contribute to special projects for SaaS tools and services
- Assist partners with configuration and data migration
- Understand client requirements for solution functionality
- Ensure solutions comply with PTC SaaS guardrails
- Align program goals with client business objectives
- Monitor program progress for maximum client value
- Identify future expansion opportunities with business leads
- Develop training materials and best practices for partners
