- Proven leadership managing managers and large teams
- Strong understanding of industrial product development and manufacturing processes
- Regional travel as required
Aufgaben
- Lead the regional Solutions Consulting team
- Build and develop a high-performing team
- Define team structure and set objectives
- Promote diversity, inclusion, and career growth
- Align Solutions Consulting strategy with Sales and Corporate priorities
- Manage coverage, capacity, and resource allocation
- Establish standards for discovery, demos, and proof-of-concepts
- Partner with Sales on strategic accounts
- Drive annual recurring revenue growth and win rates
- Provide thought leadership for Electronics & High Tech and MedTech
- Ensure compliance readiness for complex global environments
- Collaborate with Product, R&D, Services, and Marketing
- Deliver market insights to influence product roadmaps
- Implement processes and monitor key performance indicators
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for scalability and efficiency
