• •Expert knowledge of HR principles and industry practices
• •Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving mindset
• •Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• •Highly skilled in Change Management
• •Ability to handle ambiguity and competing priorities
• •Profound HR knowledge and familiarity with People Team functions
• •8+ years of HR / Consultancy experience
• •At least 5+ years of experience in a People Partner role
• •Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
• •Knowledge of German Labor Law
• •Statistical or data analytics knowledge focused on people metrics
• •Proficient in working in a global, matrixed organization

Aufgaben

• •Partner with People Business Partners and COEs
• •Create strategies and programs for employee support
• •Advocate for the rollout of people initiatives
• •Drive change management efforts and communication strategies
• •Coach managers on Org Design and Talent Review
• •Support succession planning and strategic talent processes
• •Collaborate with central excellence teams on the People Agenda
• •Leverage data to provide insights to COE partners
• •Support projects to enhance employee experience and HR service delivery
• •Help leaders achieve organizational efficiency
