- Proven track record in implementing pricing concepts and strategies
- Strengths in planning analyses and time management
- Advanced skills in Excel; knowledge of SAP, BIW, and Tableau desirable
- Experience with pricing software solutions, ideally including implementation
- Strong analytical thinking and precision in handling financial data
- High level of business acumen and customer orientation
- Fluency in English; German language skills advantageous
- Willingness to travel (up to 20%)

Aufgaben
- Develop global pricing strategies for new and existing products
- Ensure strategic price positioning across product portfolios
- Apply and innovate pricing concepts continuously
- Manage list price setting and maintenance processes
- Collect and analyze competitive and market data
- Measure pricing success using existing reports
- Create data-driven pricing proposals for customer projects
- Support sales during customer negotiations
- Ensure compliance with internal pricing guidelines
- Contribute to defining and harmonizing pricing policies and processes
