In this role, you will design and optimize the Lead-to-Cash process, ensuring data quality and compliance while implementing projects that enhance customer experiences and streamline cash flow. Your daily responsibilities will involve collaborating with multiple departments and leading O2C initiatives.

Anforderungen

• •Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or comparable field
• •Several years of experience in O2C/AR/Order Management, Shared Services, or Finance Operations
• •Solid ERP knowledge, ideally SAP and CRM (SFDC)
• •Extensive experience in project management, ideally with relevant certifications (PMP/Prince2/Scrum)
• •Ability to deliver compelling presentations and negotiate effectively
• •Capability to break down complex problems into manageable components
• •Skill in tailoring messages for different target audiences
• •Proven experience in designing and conducting workshops for process improvements
• •Fluent English skills and very good German skills

Aufgaben

• •Map and standardize end-to-end O2C processes
• •Continuously improve O2C processes
• •Define and implement O2C policies, SOPs, controls, and SLAs
• •Ensure compliance with tax, e-invoicing, VAT/GST, and SOX requirements
• •Identify and eliminate bottlenecks
• •Introduce automation in processes
• •Conduct root-cause analyses for disputes and billing errors
• •Implement corrective actions for identified issues
• •Take responsibility for data quality and governance in the O2C area
• •Establish data standards and approval processes
• •Develop KPI dashboards in collaboration with Master Data and IT
• •Use analytics to prioritize improvements and guide decision-making
• •Lead O2C projects regarding scope, timeline, budget, and risks
• •Ensure milestone delivery using Agile or waterfall methods
• •Ensure stakeholder alignment across various departments
• •Execute change management measures including communication and training
