In this role, you will elevate the organization's process and quality performance by managing quality-focused projects, analyzing workflows, and collaborating with teams to implement effective standards and improvements.

Anforderungen

• •Completed degree in industrial engineering, natural sciences, or comparable field
• •Several years of professional experience in Quality Management and process optimization
• •In-depth understanding of quality management systems (QMS) and experience in analyzing and optimizing QM processes
• •Proficiency in SAP QM, eQMS, and related systems (MES, LIMS, PLM)
• •Solid knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and/or Lean Management
• •Certification (PMI, PRINCE2, or IPMA) is desirable, along with experience in managing projects focused on quality and process optimization
• •Strong analytical and conceptual skills, excellent communication and facilitation abilities, high problem-solving competence, and assertiveness
• •Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
