- •Professional experience in a similar position
- •Experience in project management methods and tools for process analysis and improvement
- •High affinity for change processes and ability to inspire others
- •Ability to empathize with local operational service business teams
- •Experience in service management software and good SAP skills
- •Very good written and spoken English skills; German skills are an advantage
- •Intercultural competence and willingness to travel internationally
- •Enjoyment of working in an international team
