Aufgaben
- Implement end-to-end service processes for company integrations
- Focus on spare parts supply chain processes
- Support interdisciplinary and global projects
- Collect process and system requirements from operational services
- Collaborate with other departments for implementation
- Ensure sustainable process documentation
- Advise and train local service units on global processes
- Conduct training and optimize training materials
- Drive system improvements in SAP and Service1
- Identify business requirements for process optimization
