In this role, you will enhance global service processes by developing new services and optimizing existing workflows. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating on projects, training local teams, and ensuring effective system implementations.

Anforderungen

• •University degree in industrial engineering or completed subject-related apprenticeship with initial work experience
• •Initial experience in project management methods and tools for process analysis and improvement such as Six Sigma, Lean, and agile project management
• •Experience in technical-oriented service, ideally in the Sartorius service environment
• •Relevant service management software knowledge and good SAP ERP knowledge (e.g. CS, SD, MM) and CRM knowledge are an advantage
• •Very good written and spoken English skills, German is a plus
• •Intercultural competences and willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20%)

Aufgaben

• •Develop global service business processes
• •Perform end-to-end service processes for international rollouts
• •Support interdisciplinary and global projects
• •Record process and system requirements from operational service
• •Ensure sustainable process documentation
• •Advise and train local service units on global processes
• •Conduct training sessions and optimize training documentation
• •Organize and perform system tests for changes and updates
• •Coordinate projects on processes, organization, and digitalization
