As a PMO Manager, you will oversee a dynamic steering committee, ensuring effective coordination and communication across departments. Your role involves managing tasks, mitigating risks, and keeping stakeholders informed about project progress.

Anforderungen

• •Several years of experience in project management or multi-project management
• •Familiarity with project management tools and methods, ideally Atlassian Jira and Confluence
• •Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• •High level of coordination and organizational skills
• •Good technical understanding and interest in digitization
• •Very good command of German and English

Aufgaben

• •Manage the interdisciplinary steering committee
• •Organize and moderate committee meetings
• •Plan, coordinate, and review processes
• •Maintain an overview of open tasks
• •Coordinate the development and prioritization of tasks
• •Identify and manage project risks and issues
• •Provide regular progress reports to management and stakeholders
• •Serve as the central point of contact for product, program, and development management
