- Act as the point of contact for top clients
- Develop one-on-one client relationships through regular communication
- Enhance understanding of clients by referring to their order and return histories
- Increase individual spending and foster customer loyalty by identifying style needs
- Suggest additional items based on clients' tastes from weekly uploads
- Curate weekly emails with recommendations tailored to shopping behavior
- Create and implement innovative selling ideas to meet sales targets
- Drive and participate in acquisition opportunities
- Implement an entertainment program for top customers at VIP events
- Manage the Pre-Reservation process four times a year
- Update customer preference sheets and profiles
- Liaise closely with the buying team and brand marketing team for re-ordering sold-out items
- Stay informed about the latest fashion and lifestyle trends and designers
