- Coordinate shop-opening activities across regional teams
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships
- Implement new initiatives and upsell opportunities
- Conduct regular performance reviews and NPS measurements
- Analyze data-driven insights to enhance shop performance
- Tailor solutions to specific hotel and market needs
- Align internal and external teams for task execution
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Shape local pricing and promotional strategies
- Contribute to the evolution of the growing department
