Aufgaben
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the CEO
- Act as a contact for general employee queries and information
- Screen and direct incoming calls, mail, and emails
- Maintain the CEO's calendar and coordinate meetings
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, agendas, and minutes
- Compile and prepare reports, statistics, and analyses
- Manage document management for files and records
- Handle HR-related administrative issues for employees
- Manage time tracking and Success Factors
- Arrange and track business travel
- Prepare expense reports
- Liaise with other units and departments for efficient business support
- Maintain professional relationships with external clients and providers
