• •6+ years experience in HR or organizational roles

• •Track record partnering with senior technical leaders
• •Understanding of performance management and team dynamics
• •Comfort operating in remote-first organizations
• •Ability to thrive in fast-changing environments
• •Strong operational skills in people processes
• •Excellent communication skills and strong judgment
• •Fluent English; German optional
• •Experience in life sciences, AI, or drug discovery
• •Background in improving culture in distributed organizations
• •Experience setting up or professionalizing people functions
• •Exposure to scaling engineering organizations

• •Design and improve end-to-end people processes
• •Manage hiring and onboarding workflows
• •Establish pragmatic performance management frameworks

• •Scale people processes for a growing team
• •Handle employment legal and compliance topics
• •Support the CEO with organizational decision-making
• •Partner with the CTO and engineering managers
• •Coach team members on soft skills and growth
• •Execute early-stage recruiting and headcount planning
• •Refine job descriptions with functional leads
• •Manage and evaluate external recruitment partners
• •Strengthen remote-first company culture and connectivity
• •Organize team rituals and offsite gatherings
• •Advise leadership on team health and structure
