- •Understanding of performance management and team dynamics
- •Comfort operating in remote-first organizations
- •Ability to thrive in fast-changing environments
- •Strong operational skills in people processes
- •Excellent communication skills and strong judgment
- •Fluent English; German optional
- •Experience in life sciences, AI, or drug discovery
- •Background in improving culture in distributed organizations
- •Experience setting up or professionalizing people functions
- •Exposure to scaling engineering organizations
