People Controller(m/w/x)

Beschreibung

In this role, you will take charge of personnel expense forecasting and headcount planning while collaborating with various stakeholders. You will also design a new controlling module and enhance reporting capabilities to support data-driven decision-making.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor’s Degree in Controlling, Finance, Business Administration, HR, or related field, or equivalent experience
• •Solid understanding of personnel expense budgeting and forecasting, ideally with experience in annual planning cycles
• •Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; experience with HRIS reporting and dashboard creation is a plus
• •Ability to translate data into insights and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• •Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in driving improvements
• •Comfortable working in a collaborative, international environment
• •Excellent written and spoken skills in either English or German

• •Own annual personnel expense forecasting
• •Lead headcount planning process
• •Design and implement the PEX controlling module
• •Develop and maintain personnel cost planning models
• •Monitor variances and provide actionable insights
• •Build and enhance reporting dashboards
• •Act as a trusted partner to Finance and People leaders
• •Identify opportunities for process optimization
