In this role, you will take charge of personnel expense forecasting and headcount planning, collaborating closely with finance and leadership to ensure strategic workforce management. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve designing reporting dashboards and optimizing planning processes for improved decision-making.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor’s Degree in Controlling, Finance, Business Administration, HR, or related field, or equivalent experience
• •Solid understanding of personnel expense budgeting and forecasting, ideally with experience in annual planning cycles
• •Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; experience with HRIS reporting and dashboard creation is a plus
• •Ability to translate data into insights and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• •Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in driving improvements
• •Comfortable working in a collaborative, international environment
• •Excellent written and spoken skills in either English or German
