- Collaborate with project and department management
- Coordinate with central controlling and specialist departments
- Develop and use controlling and reporting systems
- Support business intelligence projects
- Evaluate commercial aspects of the proposal process
- Review calculations and manage approval processes
- Train employees on internal tools and standards
- Enhance reporting systems for efficiency and transparency
- Provide administrative support to executive management
