Aufgaben

• •Coordinate planning and forecast documentation
• •Consolidate budget planning and forecast updates
• •Monitor project KPIs and target-actual comparisons
• •Conduct risk assessments and support project meetings
• •Prepare performance and earnings development reports
• •Analyze order backlogs and ad-hoc KPIs
• •Collaborate with project and department management
• •Coordinate with central controlling and specialist departments
• •Develop and use controlling and reporting systems
• •Support business intelligence projects
• •Evaluate commercial aspects of the proposal process
• •Review calculations and manage approval processes
• •Train employees on internal tools and standards
• •Enhance reporting systems for efficiency and transparency
• •Provide administrative support to executive management
