Anforderungen

  • Bachelor of Engineering, Business Administration, or similar field
  • MBA (preferred)
  • Multiple years in Sales, Partner Sales, or Business Development
  • Experience in the OEM business (ideally)
  • Experience selling to partners in complex environment
  • Self-starter mentality to explore new avenues
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • Willingness to learn and do multiple hats
  • Grounds up experience handling large accounts and alliances
  • Experience with brand building and technical equity building
  • Familiarity with HPE product and technology offerings
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships at multiple levels
  • Eagerness to develop deep understanding of OEM customer's organization
  • Understanding of total addressable market
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Intercultural skills to work with multiple geographies

Aufgaben

  • Execute growth strategy for strategic OEM Key Accounts
  • Deliver revenue and order targets through expansion, retention, and white-space capture
  • Partner with Global Sales and Account teams to create joint account plans
  • Run governance cadences and executive sponsorship programs
  • Build senior customer relationships and influence customer roadmaps
  • Position the company as a long-term strategic partner
  • Identify, qualify, and prioritize opportunities using commercial logic
  • Ensure resources are aligned to highest-impact opportunities
  • Develop compelling value propositions and business cases
  • Articulate ROI, risk, and operational outcomes to customer decision-makers
  • Lead cross-functional alignment with internal stakeholders
  • Move opportunities from concept to close
  • Engage and orchestrate the partner network
  • Strengthen the offer, extend reach, and accelerate growth
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast discipline
  • Coach and enable regional/country teams
  • Share best practices, playbooks, and lessons learned
  • Strengthen local OEM business development capability
