Anforderungen
- •BA or BSc in Business, Marketing, or Computer Science; MA, MSc, MBA a plus
- •8+ years’ experience in Category Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Go-To-Market
- •Understanding of the Compute market and digital transformation needs
- •Ability to work in matrix organization and cross-functional teams
- •Excellent communication skills
- •Strong strategic planning skills and business management excellence
- •Business proficiency in English and German

- •Develop the strategic business plan for the Intel/HPE alliance in Central Europe
- •Collaborate with Geo Category and Sales teams to execute key initiatives
- •Drive customer acquisition and profitable growth based on yearly unit targets
- •Coordinate the deal pipeline funnel and HPE/Intel forecasting bi-weekly
- •Provide business management updates for optimal performance
- •Create executive reports in collaboration with analytics resources
- •Promote HPE Solution value-based selling within Pre-Sales and Sales teams
- •Lead quarterly business reviews for the region
- •Represent the HPE/Intel alliance at meetings, training events, and industry conferences
- •Coordinate the adoption of Intel Category Programs across the region
