Business Development Manager - AI Solutions(m/w/x)
Driving joint business growth for HPE and NVIDIA AI solutions at a global edge-to-cloud provider. 8+ years business development or alliance management experience in enterprise IT required. 30 vacation days, four Wellness-Fridays, up to six months paid parental leave.
Anforderungen
- 8+ years of business development, channel management, or alliance management experience in enterprise IT
- Proven track record in building and managing partner ecosystems to drive revenue growth
- Strong knowledge of enterprise IT trends, including AI/ML, HPC, and cloud infrastructure
- Proficiency in enterprise AI solutions and ability to deliver training on complex products
- Executive presence with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and program management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and lead highly complex initiatives independently
- Fluency in German and knowledge of the German market

Aufgaben
- Drive joint business growth between HPE and NVIDIA
- Expand market presence in the designated region
- Build executive relationships to foster collaboration
- Enable sales teams and partners to adopt HPE + NVIDIA solutions
- Execute go-to-market strategies for AI solutions
- Deliver enablement programs for sales and partners
- Support deal acceleration with HPE and NVIDIA teams
- Own regional pipeline and revenue goals
- Provide technical guidance to drive solution adoption
- Act as a trusted advisor to internal teams and partners
- Build and maintain relationships with key channel partners
- Plan and execute partner-focused events and campaigns
- Create enablement content and training materials
- Engage HPE’s internal sales teams on joint offerings
- Design segment-specific sales plays for key verticals
- Lead joint marketing activities and campaigns
- Support key customer meetings and strategy reviews
- Provide feedback on competitive trends and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with sales, presales, and marketing teams
