- Strong hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
- Significant experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Proficiency in Python
- Experience building or managing infrastructure for machine learning (MLOps, model serving frameworks, feature stores, data pipelines)
- Hands-on experience with modern data warehousing and processing platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery)
- Experience in a technical leadership or mentorship role
- Contributions to relevant open-source projects

- Design robust and scalable backend systems
- Build production-grade APIs for serving foundation models
- Develop high-quality, maintainable code in Python/FastAPI
- Deploy and manage core infrastructure on cloud platforms
- Focus on reliability, monitoring, and cost-efficiency

- Implement secure, GDPR-compliant systems
- Drive high standards for testing and documentation
