- Build a diverse, high-quality mentor pool

- Steward institutional mentoring collaborations
- Identify mentors as potential brand ambassadors
- Implement mentor engagement and retention strategies
- Resolve mentor enquiries and escalations
- Organize community engagement opportunities
- Provide mentors with resources and guides
- Coordinate workflows across internal departments
- Ensure processes meet donor reporting standards
- Manage monitoring and evaluation frameworks
- Track engagement and participant satisfaction
- Report on mentorship impact and success stories
