Aufgaben

• •Co-lead the Venture Coaching strategy and budgeting
• •Manage twelve global part-time Venture Coaches
• •Recruit and onboard new coaching staff
• •Oversee quarterly performance management and impact surveys
• •Deploy and experiment with AI coaching tools
• •Collaborate on the fellowship curriculum and learning strategy
• •Coach two groups of up to thirty-two fellows
• •Conduct one-on-one office hours and monthly calls
• •Strategize learning content for the Foundation Track
• •Track fellow engagement and progress in HubSpot
• •Support the Director on strategy and innovation
• •Refine the scholarship selection and evaluation process
