- Advise Regional CMO and leadership team
- Set themes for MEE Field Marketing communications
- Plan activities for balanced audience positioning
- Set communication goals with SVP and Chief of Staff
- Plan and execute all-employee meetings
- Conduct leadership sessions
- Send e-mails and newsletters
- Produce videos
- Create podcasts, interviews, and on-stage presentations
- Evaluate and analyze communication results
- Increase employee engagement through field activation
- Clarify individual contributions to overall strategy
- Build communication plan based on MEE Field Marketing goals
- Prepare external presentations and keynotes
- Manage social media accounts, especially LinkedIn
- Prepare internal presentations
