- Multiple years of experience in leading large SAP customer transformations
- Experience implementing and rolling out private and public cloud SAP solutions
- Experience preferably at a consulting/system integration company
- Experience managing, aligning, and working with customer organizations
- Experience working with different parts of large global organizations
- Master's degree in business, engineering, or computer science
- Excellent project management knowledge
- Ideally PMI PgMP certified
- Excellent knowledge of state-of-the-art methodology and tools
- Excellent German communication skills
- Excellent English communication skills

- Lead customer transformations
- Define business objectives with customers and SAP account management
- Plan IT transformation
- Manage engagement stakeholders
- Mentor the program team
- Lead engagement across SAP business units
- Deliver projects on time
- Deliver projects within budget
- Deliver projects to contracted scope
- Deliver projects meeting quality criteria
- Leverage state-of-the-art methodology and tools
- Support SAP account management
- Strengthen SAP-customer relationships
- Identify opportunities for SAP to assist customers
