- Professional experience supporting/leading sales cycles and transformation projects
- Account leadership, industry knowledge, business acumen
- Building executive relationships, earning trust, establishing governance
- Value-based selling practices and strategic decision-making
- General knowledge of SAP solutions (chemical/pharma/life science)
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
- Delivering business results and overachievement of targets
- Strategic planning, relationship management, sales execution
- Leadership skills for virtual account teams
- Navigating customer challenges across domains and cultures
- Excellent communication skills on all organizational levels
- Fluent English and German language skills
- Experience with customers across diverse industries (chemical/pharma/life science focus)
- Delivering insights and best practices to help organizations innovate
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of SAP Business Suite and AI (advantageous)
