In this role, you will support a vibrant marketing team by optimizing operations and ensuring data integrity. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing key marketing platforms, implementing tracking solutions, and analyzing funnel performance to drive strategic improvements.

Anforderungen

• •At least 5 years of marketing operations experience in a B2B SaaS company or scale-up
• •Ability to drive strategic projects and influence stakeholders
• •Strong analytical skills and passion for data reporting and marketing workflow design
• •Excellent command of English; proficiency in German or French is a plus

• •Guarantee optimal CRM setup for the marketing team
• •Manage form, nurturing, and email list processes
• •Oversee lead scoring and reporting for decision-making
• •Analyze marketing funnel data to inform strategic planning
• •Define dashboards to track campaign performance and pipeline impact
• •Ensure precise tracking and routing of qualified accounts to Sales
• •Maximize conversion by following up on all opportunities
