Aufgaben
- Audit processes across Marketing, Sales & Account Management, Product, Support, and People
- Identify inefficiencies and implement AI, automation, or process improvements
- Design and deploy automated workflows using no/low-code platforms
- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams
- Enhance AI-enabled solutions for internal systems and support functions
- Take ownership of critical workflows, including external Call Center management
- Ensure service quality while redesigning internal processes to reduce manual touchpoints
- Build monitoring and KPI frameworks for Leadership visibility
