Anforderungen

  • •Data-driven approach to solving operational challenges

  • •At least 3 years of experience in high-complexity environments

  • •Hands-on experience creating internal tools and automations
  • •Strong skills in no-/low-code automation, basic SQL or Python
  • •Relevant degree (Bachelor+) in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Economics
  • •Fluent in German (>C1) and English (>C1)

  • •Audit processes across Marketing, Sales & Account Management, Product, Support, and People
  • •Identify inefficiencies and implement AI, automation, or process improvements
  • •Design and deploy automated workflows using no/low-code platforms
  • •Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams
  • •Enhance AI-enabled solutions for internal systems and support functions
  • •Take ownership of critical workflows, including external Call Center management
  • •Ensure service quality while redesigning internal processes to reduce manual touchpoints
  • •Build monitoring and KPI frameworks for Leadership visibility
