- Basic coding knowledge (Python/JavaScript) or experience with AI coding assistants
- Clear communication of insights in English (C1+) and German (C2 native-like)

- Identify repetitive processes and assess automation potential
- Build business cases with ROI projections
- Design and deploy intelligent workflows using tools like n8n and Make.com
- Integrate AI services into business processes
- Use AI coding assistants to prototype and deploy solutions
- Collaborate with teams to translate business needs into automation strategies
- Track KPIs and report on the impact of automation initiatives
- Monitor automated processes and troubleshoot issues
- Optimize automated processes for scalability and reliability
- Stay updated on AI and automation trends and recommend new tools
