- Residing in Berlin or willingness to relocate
- Excellent communication abilities in English

Aufgaben
- Drive high-priority, cross-functional projects
- Collaborate with team members and senior leadership
- Architect zero-touch workflows using AI and low-code tools
- Deploy n8n and other automation tools to eliminate manual bottlenecks
- Optimize CEEZER’s transaction lifecycle from onboarding to delivery
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Measure success and drive data-informed decisions
- Construct dynamic BI reports
- Leverage data analysis to automate alerts
- Ensure real-time visibility into operational performance
