- Take full responsibility for defined workflows

- Drive process improvements and automate tasks
- Audit processes across Product, Sales, Account Management, and Support
- Identify manual work and develop actionable solutions
- Implement solutions using no/low-code tools
- Improve AI-enabled tools
- Design, test, and evaluate AI-assisted tools
- Turn AI outputs into reliable workflows
- Document processes and enable teams
- Engage in cross-functional team alignment and training
