Anforderungen

  • •Master’s degree in natural sciences, engineering, pharmaceutical science, medicine, or business
  • •Work experience of 2-5 years in management consulting with deep industry-related experience in biotech, diagnostics, bioprocessing, biology, chemistry, or similar
  • •Functional expertise in data & digital, strategic marketing, supply chain management, R&D innovation, or transformation
  • •Strong track record of leading projects across multiple functional areas
  • •Practical experience in applying Data & AI to solve business challenges
  • •Excellent communication and presentation skills, creativity, analytical strength, and strategic thinking
  • •Proactive, self-motivated work approach and passion for teamwork
  • •Proficiency in English and preferably also in German
  • •Willingness to relocate to Rhine-Main-Area for regular office presence

  • •Lead strategic projects across various sectors
  • •Develop strategies at sector or franchise level
  • •Drive commercial excellence and operations
  • •Mentor and develop junior colleagues
