Anforderungen

  • Proven experience building/managing pre-sales/technical field teams in high-growth environment
  • Strong background in data engineering, analytics platforms, databases, or data science
  • Demonstrated success in consumption-based or SaaS business models
  • Ability to operate as player-coach, balancing deal involvement with team leadership
  • Track record of partnering with Sales and cross-functional leaders
  • Experience establishing repeatable processes for efficiency and innovation
  • Passion for data/AI market and ability to articulate Databricks value
  • Executive presence, C-level influence and communication
  • Fluent German (highly preferred) and fluent English (required)

  • Anchor partner and PS attach
  • Establish clear pre- and post-sales handshakes
  • Ensure consumption outcomes
  • Represent Field Engineering on the regional leadership team
  • Contribute to Databricks' brand and market positioning
  • Drive growth in Germany
