Manager, Field Engineering - Strategic Accounts Germany(m/w/x)
Building and scaling a pre-sales Solutions Architect team, engaging hands-on with critical customer engagements for a data intelligence platform. Proven experience building/managing pre-sales technical teams in high-growth environments required. Player-coach model, significant travel to strategic accounts.

- Proven experience building/managing pre-sales/technical field teams in high-growth environment
- Strong background in data engineering, analytics platforms, databases, or data science
- Demonstrated success in consumption-based or SaaS business models
- Ability to operate as player-coach, balancing deal involvement with team leadership
- Track record of partnering with Sales and cross-functional leaders
- Experience establishing repeatable processes for efficiency and innovation
- Passion for data/AI market and ability to articulate Databricks value
- Executive presence, C-level influence and communication
- Fluent German (highly preferred) and fluent English (required)
