Anforderungen

  • •12+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
  • •5+ years of engineering management experience
  • •Demonstrated track record of successful recruiting and leading technical teams
  • •Rock-solid engineering fundamentals with query processing experience
  • •Extremely strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • •Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • •Outstanding written and oral English language skills
  • •Strong database fundamentals including SQL and performance optimization
  • •Background in database internals or large-scale data processing systems
  • •Prior experience running database internal engineering teams
  • •Proven experience with authoring roadmap documents and project plans
  • •German language skills beneficial for collaboration
