- Create an ecosystem strategy to enhance Red Hat’s customer value proposition
- Translate Red Hat’s sales strategy into a relevant defence strategy
- Collaborate with the EMEA Defence team on strategic initiatives
- Build value propositions using knowledge of relevant use cases and offerings
- Identify and deliver upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities
- Co-create Success and Growth Plans with Defence Industry account teams
- Execute strategies to increase bookings performance and customer success
- Support complex sales cycles from prospecting to closing deals
- Develop a go-to-market strategy with key regional partners
- Represent Red Hat in associations like bitkom and AFCEA
