- Leverage people analytics to identify opportunities and risks for proactive decision-making
- Lead and support HR-driven business transformations
- Build trusted relationships with works council bodies
- Guide managers through co-determination processes
- Ensure seamless collaboration across Corporate HR, business leaders, Global Enterprise Solutions, and external partners
- Drive HR efficiency by transitioning transactional activities to shared service models
- Champion programs that foster inclusion, belonging, and employee engagement
