Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Extensive experience designing and governing global ERP templates in multinational organizations
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and business processes
- Proven leadership experience managing global design and build teams
- Strong knowledge of solution template governance, enterprise architecture, clean-core principles, and SAP implementation methodologies
- Desirable experience leading ERP solution delivery in GxP-regulated Life Science, Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, or similarly regulated industries
- Deep understanding of deployment readiness, testing, cutover governance, and transition from build to deployment
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, ability to influence senior business and IT leaders globally
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, translating complex technical concepts into business value
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, balancing standardization, business value, risk, and delivery timelines
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Experience leading multiple concurrent initiatives in a global transformation program
- Eligible to work in Germany; role does not offer sponsorship
Aufgaben
- Lead end-to-end ERP Design & Build function
- Own governance and continuous evolution of global ERP template
- Drive solution design activities
- Ensure business requirements translate to scalable SAP solutions
- Govern design decisions and adherence to enterprise architecture
- Provide leadership for design and build execution
- Ensure design consistency and template integrity
- Partner with Deployment Leads for template confirmation
- Enable solution adoption and deployment readiness
- Plan and govern design, build, testing, and cutover
- Identify and manage technical and functional risks
- Provide direction to internal and external teams
- Leverage SAP S/4HANA innovations for continuous improvement
- Ensure ERP solutions comply with validation requirements
- Support deployment into regulated environments
- Manage dependencies impacting deployment timelines
- Drive accountability and delivery excellence
- Ensure integrated, deployment-ready solutions
