- Degree in Packaging Technology, Engineering, Materials Science or comparable
- Several years of experience in packaging development, engineering, compliance or related technical function
- Strong knowledge of packaging materials, systems and manufacturing
- Experience in packaging sustainability, recyclability, PPWR, EPR, regulations or compliance requirements is highly desirable

Aufgaben
- Lead global packaging projects
- Develop innovative packaging solutions
- Implement packaging solutions at production sites
- Act as technical owner for packaging compliance
- Focus on EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR)
- Ensure compliance with international packaging requirements
- Develop and maintain packaging standards
- Ensure legal, customer, and internal compliance
- Establish processes for packaging data collection
- Manage recyclability assessments
- Maintain technical documentation
- Ensure supplier compliance
- Work with Regulatory Affairs, Procurement, Operations, and IT
- Develop packaging compliance systems
- Maintain reporting structures
- Manage packaging master data
- Ensure technical feasibility of packaging solutions
- Consider production, filling, logistics, and transportation
- Evaluate and optimize packaging solutions
- Focus on recyclability, sustainability, cost, quality, and operational efficiency
- Monitor regulatory developments
- Track industry trends
- Stay informed about emerging packaging technologies
- Translate regulatory developments into business strategies
- Support customer discussions
- Respond to packaging-related inquiries
- Address packaging-related complaints
- Provide solution-oriented support
