Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in Data Governance, Master Data Management, SAP Consulting, SAP MDG, or Business Process Management
- Proven leadership experience developing, coaching, and empowering teams
- In-depth knowledge of SAP business processes and master data management, particularly SAP MM/SD, and end-to-end processes (Source-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash)
- Experience designing and implementing Data Governance frameworks, operating models, and Data Ownership/Stewardship concepts
- Demonstrated success leading complex SAP, MDM, SAP MDG, or transformation projects with strong project, portfolio, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of SAP data models, ideally with SAP S/4HANA, SAP MDG, and modern data management platforms
- Excellent analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills with process, quality, and service orientation
- Outstanding communication, facilitation, and influencing skills with senior management and international stakeholders
- Strategic mindset with pragmatic, hands-on approach; excellent English communication skills; ideally experience with Jira, Confluence, Power BI, Celonis, SAP BW, Databricks, or Data Quality tools
Aufgaben
- Lead and develop the Data Governance team
- Foster professional growth and organizational capabilities
- Manage project and task portfolio
- Prioritize tasks, plan resources, and ensure on-time delivery
- Develop and implement Data Governance operating model
- Establish policies, standards, roles, and governance processes
- Own governance and quality of SAP master data domains
- Lead Data Governance and Master Data Management initiatives
- Manage resources, risks, and stakeholders
- Drive high data quality by defining and monitoring KPIs, SLAs, and reporting
- Implement sustainable corrective and preventive measures
- Collaborate with business functions, IT, Data Owners, and Process Owners
- Work with external implementation and consulting partners
- Enhance data catalogs, business glossaries, and metadata management
- Ensure consistent documentation of data rules and ownership
- Plan and deliver training, communication, and change management
- Build a company-wide Data Governance community
- Represent Data Governance to senior management and international stakeholders
- Translate strategic business objectives into governance roadmaps and initiatives
