Anforderungen
- 3+ years’ experience in L&D, leadership development, or related fields
- Expertise in leadership development, learning methodologies, facilitation, and stakeholder management
- Strong understanding of change management and organizational transformation
- Experience with HR service platforms (Workday desirable), LMS, and e-learning tools
- Solid awareness of digital and learning technologies
- High credibility, strong emotional intelligence, and an inclusive mindset
- Confident presence in classroom and virtual training environments
- Curiosity, creativity, and innovation with a passion for learning
- Collaborative team player with excellent relationship-building and influencing skills
- Fluency in English; additional languages such as German, Dutch, or French advantageous
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe

- Create and facilitate change management workshops for leaders
- Build modular training solutions that combine theory and practical tools
- Support talent and performance initiatives with employee reviews and development programs
