Anforderungen
- •3+ years’ experience in L&D, leadership development, or related fields
- •Expertise in leadership development, learning methodologies, facilitation, and stakeholder management
- •Strong understanding of change management and organizational transformation
- •Experience with HR service platforms (Workday desirable), LMS, and e-learning tools
- •Solid awareness of digital and learning technologies
- •High credibility, strong emotional intelligence, and an inclusive mindset
- •Confident presence in classroom and virtual training environments
- •Curiosity, creativity, and innovation with a passion for learning
- •Collaborative team player with excellent relationship-building and influencing skills
- •Fluency in English; additional languages such as German, Dutch, or French advantageous
- •Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe

- •Develop customer service training aligned with brand standards
- •Create and facilitate change management workshops for leaders
- •Build modular training solutions that combine theory and practical tools
- •Support talent and performance initiatives with employee reviews and development programs
