- •5-7 years technical pre-sales experience
- •Ability to simplify complex technical concepts
- •Experience with ITSM/ITIL and cloud infrastructure
- •Excellent customer and partner communication skills
- •Experience with complex sales cycles
- •High-level presentation and demonstration skills

Aufgaben
- •Provide technical consultation to strategic prospects and accounts
- •Articulate value propositions to business and technical audiences
- •Present value-based product demonstrations to potential clients
- •Mentor junior solution engineers on technical strategies
- •Collaborate with account executives to close new business
- •Manage technical sales presentations and solution demonstrations
- •Lead proof-of-concept engagements and ensure their success
- •Respond to technical RFP and RFI inquiries
- •Conduct technical workshops and discovery sessions
- •Develop joint solutions in collaboration with partners
- •Deliver product updates to internal and external stakeholders
- •Foster long-term partnerships as a trusted technical advisor
