In this role, you will shape the technical direction for Electrical, Instrumentation, and Controls, ensuring compliance and reliability while collaborating with various teams. Your leadership will guide junior engineers and drive innovation in EIC systems.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
• •7+ years of experience in a similar role
• •Experience in gas processing, mining, minerals processing, water treatment, or equivalent heavy industries
• •Expertise in low and medium voltage electrical systems
• •Expertise in industrial instrumentation and control systems
• •Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• •Ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders
• •Highly organized and able to plan and prioritize work
• •Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
• •Fluency in English
• •Openness to occasional travel

Aufgaben

• •Define and maintain technical direction for EIC across all projects
• •Develop, update, and enforce EIC engineering standards and guidelines
• •Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety requirements
• •Provide technical oversight and approval of EIC design deliverables
• •Lead initiatives to improve reliability and performance of EIC systems
• •Troubleshoot issues and implement preventive measures
• •Evaluate and introduce emerging technologies for EIC systems
• •Act as the primary EIC interface with cross-functional teams
• •Identify and mitigate EIC risks during design and operation phases
• •Support project teams with scope, cost, and schedule estimates
• •Supervise and coach junior team members
• •Provide guidance on technical challenges
• •Drive lessons-learned sessions for continuous improvement
