- Create and optimize product designs using CAD tools
- Develop integrated systems and 2D manufacturing drawings
- Ensure technical readiness according to development plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on component integration
- Mentor engineers and provide technical decision-making guidance
- Manage external design resources for efficient integration
- Ensure design compliance with organizational and industrial standards
- Review and approve engineering drawings and bills of materials
- Lead design review presentations for technical documentation
- Maintain accurate, traceable, and audit-ready development records
- Define validation units and coordinate prototype fabrication
- Participate in testing and implement product improvements
