- Strong strategic thinking, excellent communication, and decision-making skills in fast-moving environments
Aufgaben
- Lead the hardware development organization
- Oversee schematic design and power delivery architecture
- Ensure high-speed board design and PCB layout quality
- Guide SI/PI methodologies and validation strategy
- Serve as the technical authority for hardware designs
- Manage end-to-end hardware execution from design to production
- Conduct design reviews and validation testing
- Ensure compliance and performance across all products
- Define and enforce engineering processes and documentation standards
- Identify and mitigate technical risks during development
- Resolve engineering escalations and drive root-cause analysis
- Collaborate with product technical leaders on requirements
- Lead project technical execution when necessary
- Mentor and guide the engineering team for growth
- Align hardware execution with system integration and operations
- Translate product development strategy into actionable plans
