- Supervise electrical system installations
- Align electrical designs with client expectations
- Assist design team with constructability and localization
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety protocols
- Provide technical guidance on electrical installations
- Play a key role in contractor and vendor procurement
- Manage and supervise electrical subcontractors and suppliers
- Conduct on-site inspections and supervise construction
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Oversee commissioning of electrical systems
- Lead testing and commissioning processes
- Ensure accurate documentation is handed over to the client
- Assist in final project closeout
- Act as primary contact for electrical-related client issues
- Provide recommendations to protect client interests
- Identify and manage risks related to electrical systems
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulations
- Review and approve subcontractor invoices and schedules
- Conduct site safety audits
- Monitor progress of electrical work against schedule and budget
- Track project costs and address overruns or delays
- Manage changes in project scope efficiently
