Anforderungen
- •First experience in customer support, ideally in SaaS or financial software
- •Basic technical understanding of cloud applications
- •Enjoyment of helping customers and explaining complex issues
- •Structured approach to work and ability to set priorities
- •Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- •Team player mentality and positive, solution-focused attitude
Aufgaben
- •Provide customer support for JustOn products
- •Analyze and resolve application questions in Salesforce
- •Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure satisfaction
- •Create and maintain FAQs, tutorials, and training materials
- •Forward feedback and feature requests to development teams
- •Document support cases and contribute to service improvement
