Anforderungen
- •Minimum 15 years SAP Technical Administration experience
- •Hands on experience with SAP HANA, DB6, or Sybase ASE
- •Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture and migration
- •Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP
- •Management of customer landscapes and software maintenance
- •Ability to lead operational tasks and escalations
- •Excellent problem-solving skills
- •Experience in Change and Problem management principles
- •Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- •German language skills are a plus
- •Linux knowledge regarding SAP software interactions
- •Experience working at an SAP customer location
- •Exposure to AI fundamentals

- •Lead technical and architectural discussions

- •Coordinate software maintenance and patching tasks
- •Resolve critical issues and define action plans
- •Lead root-cause analysis for high-severity escalations
- •Manage capacity planning and performance benchmarking
- •Improve landscape stability and maintainability
- •Act as the customer's trusted internal advisor
