Anforderungen

• •Minimum 6+ years SAP Technical Administration
• •Good understanding of SAP HANA
• •Understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture
• •Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP
• •Management of customer landscapes and maintenance
• •Ability to lead operational tasks
• •Excellent problem-solving skills
• •Knowledge of Operational planning and Change Management
• •Excellent communication and presentation skills
• •German language skills as a plus
• •Linux knowledge as a plus
• •Experience at SAP customer location
• •Exposure to AI fundamentals

Aufgaben

• •Represent Global Cloud Operations to major regional customers
• •Lead technical and architectural discussions across the SAP stack
• •Advise on high-availability, disaster recovery, and hyperscaler components
• •Operate technical landscapes to ensure stable business operations
• •Coordinate and support customer software maintenance and upgrades
• •Resolve critical issues and lead high-severity root-cause analyses
• •Execute capacity planning and performance benchmarking exercises
• •Drive improvements to landscape stability and customer satisfaction
• •Collaborate with internal units on customer-specific topics
• •Act as a trusted advisor and customer advocate
