- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture and tools
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Experience managing customer landscapes and maintenance
- Ability to lead tasks and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Change and Problem management principles
- Excellent English communication and German skills
- Linux knowledge regarding SAP software interactions
- Experience working at SAP customer locations
- Exposure to AI fundamentals
Aufgaben
- Represent Global Cloud Operations to major regional customers
- Lead technical and architectural discussions across the SAP stack
- Advise on high-availability, disaster recovery, and hyperscaler components
- Ensure stable operations and meet contractual uptime obligations
- Coordinate and support customer software maintenance and upgrades
- Resolve critical landscape issues and lead root-cause analyses
- Manage capacity planning and system performance benchmarking
- Drive improvements to landscape stability and maintainability
- Collaborate with internal units to enhance customer satisfaction
- Act as a trusted advisor and customer advocate
