Anforderungen

  • •Extensive IT background
  • •Experience in vendor governance
  • •Strong understanding of ITIL-based service management
  • •Familiarity with data centre operations and cloud technologies
  • •Proven experience in service capacity planning
  • •Analytical mindset with service improvement experience
  • •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • •Relevant certifications such as ITIL Foundation or PRINCE2/PMP
  • •Ability to work in a complex, collaborative environment
  • •Strong command of spoken and written English
  • •Occasional travel of up to 30% may be required
  • •Valid work and residence permit for non-EU applicants

  • •Collaborate with internal teams across locations
  • •Work closely with external contractors and service providers
  • •Monitor infrastructure-related SLAs
  • •Drive capacity planning and continuous service improvement
  • •Act as primary contact between IT vendors and stakeholders
  • •Lead structured vendor performance reviews
  • •Address issues and escalate unresolved matters
  • •Document service performance in Service Review Reports
  • •Facilitate regular service review meetings
  • •Ensure adherence to technology standards and governance frameworks
  • •Maintain IT service continuity and disaster recovery plans
