In this role, you will manage service relationships with external partners while supporting the procurement of new IT services. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve optimizing existing services, evaluating new technologies, and overseeing IT projects to ensure smooth operations.

Anforderungen

• •Degree in Business Informatics or comparable qualification
• •Certifications such as ITIL v4 or Microsoft/IAM certificates
• •Relevant professional experience in IT service management
• •Solid IAM expertise in identity lifecycle, role and authorization concepts, and recertifications
• •Experience in managing service providers, SLAs, and KPIs
• •Ability to transition projects into stable operations and resolve complex issues in Second Level Support
• •Strong technical knowledge of IAM tools such as Azure AD/Entra ID and directory services
• •Proficiency in ITSM tools (e.g., Matrix42) and Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence) and basic knowledge of interfaces and scripting
• •Analytical, structured, and independent work style
• •Confident communication in German and English

• •Plan, coordinate, and oversee IT projects from implementation to rollout
• •Ensure smooth transition into operations
• •Further develop IAM processes, including identity lifecycle and role concepts
• •Ensure compliance requirements are met through recertifications
